At HMS, quality is the foundation of our company and is embedded in all of our products and services. HMS is dedicated to providing our customers with outstanding and excellent service, cost-effective solutions and results.

HMS’ Enterprise Operations Quality department maintains a comprehensive Quality Management (QM) program. The core of the program is our staff of knowledgeable quality experts that provide quality control processes, procedures and methodologies to support a defect-free environment.


Our Quality department is dedicated to provide its internal and external interested customers the following services:

  • Inspection to ensure product and service quality levels that meet or exceed customer requirements
  • Continuous improvement in services through the utilization of Lean Six Sigma sciences, and
  • Collaboration with process owners throughout the value stream to infuse quality best practices into everyday operations.


A key aspect of our quality promise is receiving ISO 9001:2015 certification from PRI Registrar. HMS completed the third-party audit that confirmed the current processes and measurements systems met the ISO standards set for Quality Management program.


Our goal is to do things right the first time, every time. ISO 9001:2015 provides the framework that ensures customer confidence in HMS’ quality controls, measurement systems, and continuous improvement outlook in building quality into HMS product and service offerings.
